About F.O.S.

First On Set is a media production company based in America’s beautiful Pacific Northwest. Offering expert production services for some of the world’s most recognizable brands and skilled creatives, we can take a project from concept to completion or step in when a bit of specialized help is needed. Shooting in studio or on downtown streets is good fun, but we also have a niche carved out there in the middle of nowhere. We are experts at bringing the comforts of shooting close to home to those places less traveled.

Photography has developed a strong foundation throughout my life. It captured me at an early age and frames the path for my future.

It’s difficult to imagine a life where my daily routine doesn’t involve being inventive, planning an adventure through beautiful landscapes, collaborating with inspiring creatives, facing unexpected challenges, taking care of the people around me, developing & executing a well-thought-out plan, or rising before the sun to arrive first on set. 

My journey into this invigorating industry started when I was a teenager. In high school I moved from New York to California with a camera in hand. My love for making photos began as I captured my new West Coast surroundings. I followed that craving and studied at Brooks Institute of Photography achieving both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees. While studying I got to work finding a community I’m proud to part of and now feels like family. Shooter, producer, location scout, first assistant, second assistant, PA, 2nd AD, coordinator, manager, driver. I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years, I’ve enjoyed it all and now have a deep appreciation for every player on the squad.

Simply put, production is my passion. I get to live my childhood dream of traveling with a camera in my hand! That is what inspires me to keep creating, push boundaries and never give up.
